HCC to host memorial service for Trustee Frank S. Turner

The Homegoing Celebration for Frank Seaton Turner will be held on Sunday, March 16, at 10:00 a.m. in the Horowitz Center Smith Theatre on the Howard Community College campus.

Guest parking is available in the West Garage directly across from the Horowitz Center. For directions to the garage, please use the following address for GPS:

After the service, interment for family and close friends will be held at Columbia Memorial Park, 12005 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the Howard Community College Educational Foundation.
